There are relationships with others that affect our lives, time constraints, stress, worry, emotions, and generally speaking, lots of chaos that can derail us from living our best lives.
MindfulnessWithout the ability to center oneself mentally, life can be consumed with stress and anxiety. Life can simply pass us by if we are spending the majority of our days worrying about the past or the future...thinking about what must get done and when. A crucial life skill is to learn tools and techniques for centering, grounding, and finding the present moment.
