Affirmation Coaching

You have probably heard about the benefits of using positive affirmations along with positive thinking.  It can seem fairly simple, but in reality, the way in which you word your affirmation is CRUCIAL to its effectiveness.  Many clients come to New Moon Self-Development Center with affirmations that do not set the right intention.  We can help you develop highly effective affirmations and teach you what to look for when writing them out.  Here are some general rules:
  1. ALWAYS write in PRESENT TENSE (I now have...I now feel...I AM...)
  2. ALWAYS and only use positive words (I now wake up each day feeling balanced, happy, and calm, and it feels amazing! vs. I am no longer scattered and stressed).  
  3. Use and FEEL emotion to enhance the affirmation 
When done right, affirmations can be incredibly powerful ways to heal your past and create your future!  At New Moon, we often work with clay to bring your positive affirmation into the real world - you will be shocked at how deeply you will experience the affirmation using clay!
