As the owner and operator of four successful businesses, Karen R. LoGiudice could be described as a serial entrepreneur – with her emphasis and business compass always pointed at her deepest passions and with helping others to unlock the very best within themselves. New Moon Self-Development Center is her "umbrella company" - under which her other businesses come together.
Karen’s soul-satisfying work began with the use of clay in correcting learning disabilities. Her experience in the techniques led her to use the clay for many purposes: studying, goal setting, and self-reflection. For many years, Karen used clay modeling to solve the riddle of her own life. The more exploring she did with the clay, the more she opened up to wanting to understand how our thinking and our intention can shape a person’s experience and life – ideas that seemed to be lost on many people she encountered. Using the clay enabled abstract ideas to solidify – and intentions be manifested in lightning speed. This was too good to keep to herself!
After doing much reading and research in the self-help realm, Karen finally decided to review her own process of growth and put it into a workshop that could benefit others the way it had her. The first piloted workshop was a huge success – far exceeding any expectations of Karen or the participants! Karen now offers her signature workshops in various formats: one-on-one coaching, on-line group workshops, and in-person workshops, bringing new and profound change to people’s lives.
On a personal note…
Karen lives in the quaint town of Amesbury, MA and has enjoyed 25 years of happy marriage with her husband, Paul. She is proud of her two boys, now 21 and 18 respectively, who are doing amazing things with their lives. Alex, her oldest son, is following in her entrepreneurial ways and starting up his own YouTube broadcast channel. Her youngest, Jake, is studying Environmental Science at Unity College in Maine and is on the path to helping our world be a better place.
Healthy eating and fitness also play a big role in Karen’s life. Fitting exercise into her busy schedule is a must! An avid swimmer, Karen has been involved in long distance open water swims that have challenged her mentally and physically. Swimming is her favorite activity, but also she also enjoys pilates, yoga, hiking, biking, and an occasional boot camp class!
